Thus, in addition to the essential Bordeaux-style lamprey can, designed by Jean-Pierre Garde, have been added pâtés, such as « Tchanqué », a recipe based on 100% Black Bigorre pork, or « Bordeluche »“, made from the region’s white pork, but also preserves of local products, such as asparagus, ceps or foie gras.

The geographical situation and the regional anchoring of our company have made Les Conserves Garde an undisputed reference in Bordeaux Gastronomy. Les conserves Garde have been awarded several times for their know-how, first by the jury of the Coq d’Or in 2015, then by the Collège Culinaire de France in 2016.

Our ambition is to broaden an offer of high-quality regional products and dishes, while continuing to make CONSERVES GARDE an actor and promoter of Bordeaux’s gastronomic heritage.
